Title: Best Innovation In Last 75 Years?
Post by: Halo on October 21, 2004, 11:10:31 PM
Another America On Line (AOL) poll asked people to rank the top 10 innovations that most changed our lives from a list of 75 top innovations in the past 75 years.

Bet you don't guess the winner.  Okay, you don't have to suffer.  It was ... residential air conditioning.  Check out the top 10 at his link:

http://aolsvc.aol.com/research/henryford/announcement.adp

Size of the voting sample?  Think about so many polls that have sampling sizes of a thousand or fewer.

This innovation poll had almost 2.5 MILLION people participating!
