Had to replace my motherboard when the old one got fried. Ever since than Aces High keeps crashing. I have listed complete system, all other Programs seems to run just fine.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled does not seem to help. Computer does not lock up, game just goes to a white screen than to desktop that has the question of sending or not sending error to microsoft.
Please soon help.

just for grins I'd delete the video.cfg files in the AH folder then restart AH. That will force it to reset your video settings.
-
you may have to update your video drivers , check your sound ,and run dxdiag . you need dx9.0 or better .
-
Double check the XP SP2 firewall also.
-
Have tried all those great suggestions to no avail.
Program keeps crashing, Guess I will try different Video Card next
Thanks

Do you have a benchmark or testing program you can run overnight to see if it crashes then?
And just to clarify, what do you mean by crashing?
Does it stop and goto desktop or just hang up like its in limbo? Do you need to soft reset, through the start key, or hard reset, with the reset button, to get it running again?
Just re read your post, do you have patch 11 installed and does this happen when you are alt-tab-ing or out of the blue?
Edit- When replacing anything it's a good idea to recheck all connections, jumpers and settings. Was this new mobo an exact replacement or a different type of mobo?

Running patch 10
Goes to desktop and wants to know if i want to debug or send to microsoft. When program goes down I can continue to hear audio for short time, it has even come back on 1 time when I told it to debug., But that only happened once
I don't have a benchmark or testing program. Where can I get 1
:p

Fuzeman
This was a completely new and different MOBO.
It seems to do it at all different times. sometimes it crashes right away sometimes i can run for 10-15 minutes.
There does not seem to be any set pattern

Try that for various benchmarks. I usualy use 3D Mark 200x, where the 200x is the version which usually corresponds to the year it came out. I notice that one isn't even listed there.
I wonder if there isn't a BIOS setting that might be causing it. Might want to check that and try non-aggressive settings for stability just to see if it changes the way it act.
If you change a mobo and not reload the OS, could that induce some erratic behavior? anyone know ?
I'm by no means a guru on this, just trying to help with my limited 'knowledge'.
