its the same I just found the original encoding for the smaller one was a little off (encoded it zat 640x480 then compressed it to 320x200.....50% too big hehehe). The old thread wouldnt let me edit it any longer...it was past 2 million seconds or something.

Somewhere in your settings for encoding is an option called "Interlacing"... you want this setting turned off. It could also be called "Fields"... if so, you want it set to "None", and not "Upper" or "Lower".
