Would be neat if aircraft that depart controlled flight spiralled down instead of wallowed down all the time. I know that badly damaged planes could enter a flat spin but in AH it seems that even losing a wing will force a flat spin instead of a continuous roll to the ground.
Is it because control lines in AH never get damaged only control surfaces?
So a pilot can always put counter preasure on when he was extremlely unlikly to be able to IRL?

Im not sure what a flat spin means, but I do think I've been into one before

Take a pencil and spin it on your desk, that is a flat spin.
There is no AoA and no forward airflow over the control surfaces...in most cases it is an unrecoverable situation...

Ah, then I've been into one before :)

:)
Take a number, and step right up...we've all been there

I don't hink there are unrecoverable spins for fully functional planes in AH. It's all grounds fault rising too high before successful recovery...

I guess its not really a flat spin. its kind of a wobble warp.
