First of all, how many of you out there have seen this? I havn't heard much about it in the news or on this board as of late, and I thought it wasn't supposed to air until next week. Either way I watched it tonite and I wanted to encourage EVERYONE here to watch it as well. It was very moving.
I know this is waisted on most and there will even be some of you who will TRY to write these off as "neocon puppets". For those of you who say that I'd like you to meet somone:
Name: George E. "Bud" Day
Hometown: Sioux City, Iowa
POW time: 5 yrs, 7 mos, 13 days
Entered 1967- Discharge 1973
Awards:
Medal of Honor
Air Force Cross
Distinguished Service Medal
Silver Star
Legion of Merit
Distinguished Flying Cross
try and write off what this man and many others (http://www.stolenhonor.com/documentary/meet-pows.asp) has to say as and tell them it doesn't matter. It probably won't work. Anyhow this movie re-afirmed (as if I needed it) my belief that John F Kerry is a liar, betrayed all his fellow service men, and betrayed America.
If you have a spare 45min check it out. It's free and you just might learn something about what REAL torture is all about.

The one I d/led from my newsgroup had sound issues (out of sinc) but the .asx version for broadband worked fine for me.

for me a few times the nararator lost audio but the music still played. Only lasted a little while both times.
I will prolly buy the DVD, what these men had to say is worth owning. unlike the lib senator from ma.

OH I did see that once.....if I had to guess I'd say bad editing. If the music is playing (usually during stock footage scenes) then you are more than likely recieving the file properly.

Havent seen it yet but
Before anyone starts ranting.
Keep in mind Kerry was offered equal time during the making of this.
He declined

I wish they would. Even if they RESPECTFULLY disagree they might begin to understand why alot of us disaprove of Kerry.

I have said all along, I understand if you do not like President Bush. I understand if you think that invading Iraq was not the thing to do. I understand a vote for Kerry for the sole purpose to vote against Bush. But to come out and stand firmly behind Kerry for Kerry and what he has done boggles my mind. I served active duty for 6 years, and cannot believe a veteran would rally behind Kerry.

Wow.
What a remarkable video
I can see why the Kerry Campaign and his supporters would go all out to prevent the general public from seeing this.
Thanks for sharing.

I must conclude it didn't do much more than play on emotions.
Michael Moore directed this one too? Jeez, that guy gets around.

I watched it a couple of weeks ago, pretty interesting.

Moore tends to use comedy and logic more than emotion, but both "documentaries" are definitively propaganda.
Michael Moore wouldn't know logic if it hit him like a freight train.

To equate Moore's drivel to these guys who have more than earned the right to be heard is like equating Bill Clinton to Mother Teresa.
