incredible :)

I love it when things like this are found.
Science thinks it has things alllllll figured out, then a discovery like this blows everything out the water.

I knew underpants gnomes were real!

Furball they've found your long lost family, congrats !

Middle Earth has evolved, and the stupid humans have taken it...
The glorious Elves, and studly Dwarves got their wish.. They live in eternal peace...
-
I'd look over that site a little bit more...
"The discovery of Homo floresiensis raises hopes for yeti hunters and, says Henry Gee, poses thorny questions about the uniqueness of Homo sapiens."
That caught my eye :D

I'm assuming that since these "little people" are now extinct that size really DOES matter!

Whats so new about Pygmy's? There are Pygmy's in Africa correct? Just because they find some in Indonesia now it's a new human species? Evolutionists grasping at straws again would be my guess.

Stop it Tweety, I'm not supposed to agree with you.
Whats stranger (if this is legit) is that no search I have done yet has brought up this site or any supporting site.
-
Just because two creatures are the same size and look similar doesnt mean they are the same species. Cardinals and Blue Jays are different species, crocodiles and alligators. etc etc so on and so forth

Yeah, and at the begining of all there was Adam and Eve.
I didn't thought that i'll find anti-evolutionists here...
-
Anit-Evolutionist? Not me, I just dont believe in evolution. Doesnt mean I am anti.

Finally the missing link to the republicans is found.
"To have early humans on the remote island of Flores is surprising enough. That some are only about a meter tall with a CHIMP SIZE BRAIN is even more remarkable."

I say fraud. All external links lead to broken messages. many internal links lead to requests for money.
And how do bones stay in a "soggy" for 18000 years?

Your guess would be wrong. The African forest people ("pygmies" ) are the same species as everyobody else (Homo sapiens).
The Indonesian find is a different species.

I will try to find the story, but IIRC some time ago some bones were found in a peat bog in scotland (or somewhere in GB) that were so well preserved they started a murder investigation. They turned out to be thousands of years old.

Um thats the whole point. Flexibility and and the ability to revise models based on new information is great thing about the scientific process. Until we reach a point where scientific institutions refuse to change their current models, then it's not science, it's religion.

And Bush is wrong again.

I think a little skepticism is healthy. I still don't know why they'd iclude "yeti hunters" on the same site.
Now I'm waiting to hear its actually the original location of the Neverland Ranch.....
