Congressman David Dreier is leading a campaign to silence a local radio show for speaking out against him. This is just plain wrong, but I wonder how long before the "yabut" defense crops up.

Let's see if I have this straight....the boys at the radio station invite Drier to the show, he refuses, they invite his opponent, who accepts, now Drier is filing a complaint?

Ok, I finally quit laughing.

Since the radio station invited Drier and he refused, I dont see how the radio station and the dj's can be in trouble. He had his chance to have his say on the show and declined.

Granted, if I was Drier and had his voting record on illegal immigrants I probably would have declined as well.
