They fired Zook now instead of at the end of the season so they could try and get Spurrier back.

All of the other coaches are still tied up with their teams in the middle of the season. Spurrier is unemployed so that gives them time to work on him alone.

Florida College football teams had a shortage of recruits who were convicted felons past couple of years.  Starting to show on the Field.  Also...Fla. Colleges raised the Bar on Scholarships the past year......IQs' now HAVE to be above 6!   :D

Ah the throngs of "Gator Haters", it will make it so much sweeter when Spurrier returns and we smoke your 4th point of contact. The Zook experiment has reached its logical conclusion. May his unholy name never be spoken again after this seasons is done.
