Forgive me if my answer has already been answered somewhere but I cant seem to find good info on this.

Can someone help me by giving me a web site
or by explaining the 1.08 supply system?
Specifically what good does killing a base's city do?  How much does that slow down a bases resupply?  What effect does killin a supply train do?  Are there certain buildings at a depot/city that should be bombed?...etc
