Good question.   I think the Ki.84 served in China, Korea, the Phillippines, and the Home Islands.

I'm leaning toward the USAAF fighters from bases in China and the Phillippines, after they were invaded.   Not sure how we could get a definitive answer though.

All of them.  It served at Okinawa as well as the places listed by Oboe.

The one we have never saw combat though.

Yeah I'd say P-51/P-38/P-47

It'sprimary opposition in Okinawa was P-51's...also some P-47's...
