I don't really blame them, but I think they are grasping. Bush now leads by 108K with 91% reporting, and some of the precincts are Republican.
There are supposedly 250K provisional ballots, and 9% of the precincts left. Kerry would have to win at least 80% or more of the untabulated votes.
