Noticed today that after shooting and getting destroyed msg still in vis but takes no damage anymore

The destruction animation is missing from all the supply transports – barges, trucks, and trains.  Since they remain visible, the only indication that a transport is destroyed (other than the destroyed message) is the hit sprits wont display when hitting a "dead" transport.
