Shoulder bruiser.
Big boom.
Fun.

The text with the photos mentions taking out vehicles and engineblocks out to 2000 meters from various positions (from within cars and stuff)
They are practising before going to Kabul.

Damn that looks cold. Hope they don't melt when they get to Kabul.

Afghanistan can get very cold indeed: a lot of it is very high up and it's a long way from the sea.

From the same site: "Each frigate will be equipped with one medium size organic helicopter."
WTF is "organic helicopter"? Flying pumpkin with carrot as the boom?
Seriously, who coined that term?

My dad has a Boyes rebarreled to .50 cal. It isn't as accurate as one of those (don't have to be when you're target is a tank at 400yrds), but still fun to shoot.
-
I have a number of .50's in my vault, no Semi Auto Barrets, but a bulbup bolt action one, and a Chrisitiansan Carbon fiber .50 rifle.
Good clean fun.
