Tried info, & billing@hitechcreations.com but It shows as unaccessible (mailer daemon). tried both my local ISP's smtp , ended up trying with hotmail... no luck.
I need to change my contact info & the email address I used for my account is no longer valid... (let's not talk passwords ok? ;))
What is Skuzzy up to again ?!

Saintaw make sure you have
hitechcreations.com
not
hightechcreations.com.
Also... I believe you can change account info and email address under Admin when you open game...unless of course you dont have your password ;)

Saw, I was running into the same thing when trying to send email via my new ISP(charter.net). It was getting bounced by Applink(Skuzzy), and so what I did was call Ronni and she got Skuzzy to take the domain charter.net off the restricted access list by Skuzzy.
You might want to give Ronni a call. :)

I've been having trouble reaching HTC, as well. I've been trying to create an AH account since Monday, but can't get a password by return e-mail nor a response to e-mails about the delay.
(My e-mails aren't bouncing, tho... just no response from HTC).
Are they closed for the week?
