Title: T-34 Hill climbing bug

I noticed since the new patch that if I spawn anywhere  in a T-34 when I go to start rolling it is like I am climbing a hill, even on flat ground. The Tank jumps and buckss like your driving over speed bumps and is hard to get up to, and maintain speed. Then it will stop for awhile and start again.
   But If I am usuing it for base defense fresh out of the hanger it is fine.

I had problem today with t34 was trying to climb small hill and it started shaking like a tiger with both tracks shot out. Could not hardly move. Once over the hill and on flat ground everything was fine. The hill was small and not steep at all but i had to creep up it in first gear while it was shaking

This happens any time I'm not ON a base, and stops in random places. This happens to me any time I'm on level ground, and I only get 10 mph in 1st gear, 11 in second, and down from there. I can't even climb a small hill anymore...

Yuppers, had this problem also.  Its like everything is a hill or really rough terrain.
