Looks like a tug boat to me, flying above the terrain. Forget which terrain, it was a user community map...took the pic a week ago

You can put anything anywhere any alt in the terrain editor. I love putting fake planes at 1k over the base ;)

This is a real, minor bug.  I had a resupply convoy fly over me about a week ago. No film, no picure, no idea what base (big help huh?) It was near a town with a little valley. I was in the valley just off the road and watched the convey fly over at about 30 feet. This was on-lone in the main arena.
