Won't take long until you'll quit. Pay close attention to where the comments are coming from as well. Really says alot

Make no mistake about it... Extremists don't just spontaneously spring into existance. It takes a million 'moderates', like the kind you see here, subtly, relentlessly spreading their convictions at the dinner table, to create a single man who would dare fly a plane into a building.
Until every last one, with his children listening carefully, earnestly denounces these actions, none will be innocent.

And. of course, I never said they were, or had to be.
The fact is that casual, subtle, even silent support or approval of these actions only serves to promote the terrorist cause. Moreover, the fact that they are NOT of the same ethnic background as the terrorists only increases the effect of that support.
It's one thing when a countryman says 'good work', or simply smiles and nods his head. It's of far greater effect when somebody from far away publically exclaims 'you Americans had it coming', or worst of all, 'WE had it coming'.
With that sort of sentiment criss-crossing the world via newspapers and the web, the terrorists see, and rightly so, that their cause is not universally reviled, and that no matter what they do, no matter where they go, they will find support, sympathy and understanding from certain elements of the population.
Doesn't matter if they pray to Allah, or worship a tree in the yard. A person is either actively against them, or actively with them. No two ways about it.
