Title: Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops preparing for getting dropped from BCS title game....

Asked whether he thought ESPN had an impact on poll voters, Stoops said, "It probably impacts some people."

"Surely, AP or the coaches are all aware everybody has agendas," he continued. "Anybody who's on TV has one. You know, that's viewership and ratings and those kinds of things. The closer it becomes, the better for them.

"I think it's fair to say, too, they have a contract with the SEC. I'm fully aware of that. I can't be the only one who recognizes that. It's impossible to remove agendas. They have producers and ratings. I don't know what impact they have, but I'm sure they have some."

To me its the beginnings of a case of sour grapes for him because his team may get left out for playing so poorly against two teams they should have beaten the snot out of easily. What he doesn't mention is that ABC Sports has a contract with the Big 12 and the Pac 10 and they are pushing for that matchup in all that I have heard; especially from Brent Mussberger.

Naaa I wish they would blow people out by 40-50 points. That way they wouldn't have to whine and complain when another school is making its push to get into the game to decide who gets the title. In my view I honestly hope they have a split championship; that way they need to start looking at the proposed Bowls +1 setup to decide the Division 1A champion.

Just wait a couple more years till Callahan can do some more recruiting. then it will be payback time for the Cornhuskers :D

Callahan already has a top 5 recruiting class this year and he isnt done yet. Some analysts say he could end up with the top class this year.

Gads, I cant wait until the Sooners and Huskers BOTH have quality teams again. Those were some killer games when both teams were top 5 quality teams.

I doesn't really matter who makes #2.  The main point is USC will get spanked.  You can be number one and expect to win in the 2nd Half.  It is doomed to fail sooner or later.  HOW THE HELL CAN YOU LET STANFORD (Unranked i might mention) EAT YOU IN THE FIRST HALF AND STILL BE RANKED 1?  Aurburn is doing good.  They really should be #1 IMO.  I have always hated and always will hate the OU Sonner bandwagon, and to be quite honest, their proformances this year haven't be to impressive to show that they are ranked #2.  Miama is so so.  Berlin is a good QB and their WR's are good.

I can't wait till Nebraska gets its stuff together.  To show I'm not just a band wagon fan this year I've been wearing my colors regularly, but with a little less pride in them though.
