My account was locked, But for some reason I cant change my credit card so I can pay for it. Any suggestions?

Um, yeah that or you call Skuzzy and ask whats goin on and see if he can help you out.

Jet just because you acct is locked doesnt mean you will need to delete it. That is hardly the case.
There many reasons for an acct to be locked.
Do like Kurt suggested and call Skuzzy. He will tell you why its been locked and what you need to do to get the problem fixed.
Also, normaly this kind of problem would be accompanied by an email from HTC. Have you checked your email lately? I'm more than confident there will be an email from HTC in your box regarding your locked account.

Yeah I know what you mean Jet.
Once you get the ACCOUNT LOCKED panel, you should be able to get the Subscription Required panel thingy up. From that point on,you should be able to type in your new CC number.
But for some reason HTC does not do that.

Yeah I do have alot, but its not like I payed for them. I will just earn them back.

I had that happen once due to my credit card expiring and I was in possession of a new one with the same account number just different expiration date. All I had to do was call Hitechcreations and give them the new expiration date and immediate unlocking of my account was performed. There was NO creation of a new account and everything was just as it was the day earlier. I forget the number but I'm sure it is listed somewhere on the homepage.

I had same thing happen as doc1kelley...suspect the credit card u are using has a new expiration date...I just e-mailed billing with new expiration date.

Call or email us a new cc number, no need for a new account.
