Title: New water

This particularly bites into my FR in a very heavy way...............

If I am ditched on the water its Ok but if I approach the water from land or from Alt my FR can drop from the 50 plus to single figures..............

hence I am unable to "enjoy" this feature


Is there some setting that I could use to optimise stuff............

Not really Tilt.  The performance is strictly dependent on the video card.  Unfortunately, the FX5xxx cards do not execute shaders very well.

I have the same problem with the same card
But I think there are new drivers available than what yours are dated at, not on home puter so don't know exact date..
