Version 2.01 Patch 3 Changes

Fixed a bug in the fuel consumption model.
Made a change to the T-34's center of gravity and suspension.
Ki-84 oil damage on the windscreen displays correctly again.
Fixed a bug that caused building fires to disappear.
Fixed a bug that caused ground vehicles to blink in and out.
Made a fix to stop a condition that could cause another plane to not be visible.
Made a change in the alt-tab minimizing routine for systems that are having problems minimizing.
Strat now displays and works correctly on small maps.
Muzzle flashes now display on all manned guns.
P-38 turn indicator was off center.
Fixed a shadow bug on the 190A-5.
B5N gunner was not getting a muzzle flash.
Bf 110 fuel leaks now display from the correct spots.
Ju 87 trim indicator now works correctly.
Fixed some transparency problems on the B-26.
