Don't have one because there was a new terrain I was not aware of. With my slow dial up and the fact that 150 others were downloading it at the same time made for a very slow (after 15 min it was about 1/3 done) download.
In the future this should be announced in the Special Events Announcments forum and an e-mail should be sent out to the squads. Of course if this was announced forgive me because I missed it.
Anyway...how did it go for everyone else? :)

Sorry, Daddog... and everyone else, too... I should have known that the terrain was updated.

The 68th was assigned to escort bombers and saw little action. I think I saw 1 -190 for a second . Overall It was a very boring 3 hours for us. I did not even fire a shot until the last 15min on a fighter hanger.Did anyone see Air to Air action? We where the only planes left at the end of the frame escorting bombers back to target in the last 15 min of the frame.

Saw more fighters than I could count. Since I didn't have that many on my side I slid around them.
The alternative would have been an exciting two seconds before I died.

Nightmares saw a lot of action this frame... I could have gotten one more kill if not for the new ditching model. I took the tail off of a FW190 but it was very low over the water and he survived the impact. Check the score

We had a great time, and we enjoyed excellent fighter cover the whole time. I think a good decision was made to take the main buff force on the route it used attacking A39. I feel this gave more time for the fighters to duke it out, and by the time we arrived at A39, most of the German fighters where down. We only had one brief engagement with some 110's, just before arriving A39. That was quickly taken care of by our fighter escort. I was leader of USMC's B group of 26's our acting CO was JRCcrow commanding A group. Our mistake was poor BDA, we all felt we had done more damage to A39 than was recorded. If we had known that A39 was still intact, we would have recommended a second strike. Instead we went to secondary target (A38) and did good damage to it.
BDA (battle damage assessment) can be difficult when you are trying to RTB at max speed from target, using full zoom out of the tail gun. We were worried about fighters at the time, and wanted to RTB for a second attack.
Sorry for not taking A39 all the way down guys, we will try for better BDA next time.

We really didn't see much of the enemy until we arrived over A39 right behind the bombers which only left a fighter hanger up for us to take down along with a few guns and ammo bunkers. Just before we rolled in on what was left of A39 we saw 4 190s to the east of us but "MAW" was on them long before they could upset our attack run. After we took down what was left of A39 the only aircraft we saw belonged to "MAW", which was a good thing. Great job knocking them down guys and thanks:aok.

Not your fault Dux. No one knew about it. I was mad thinking someone put up a new terrain and did not tell anyone and puck was using it with no mention of it. I was ready to chew puck out, but I would have made the same mistake as I came to find out in the CM forum. :o

Brees must have made a deal with the devil.
That's the second throw that should have been a pick.

Are we supposed to know what that means?

He must have thought this was the San Diego Chargers board.
And he's our new CM for squad ops :lol

Lol... wrong post, wrong board...
(Football+Internet)Beer= Cross posting to the wrong board
Translation: Drew Brees, Quarterback for the San Diego Chargers is having a Charmed Season, that can only be the result of his having made some sort of Faustian deal with Satan.
