Title: Bombs don't explode on the port.

I noticed bombs don't explode on the port when attacking port base.
It just makes water splash, it seems bombs go through the ground, and hit under the water, and I also noticed it makes no proximate damage to objects and vehicles.

I'll confirm that. Only way I've found to destroy some port objects is with rockets/gunfire. Only happens every once in a while to me though.
