what time does "The battle rages on"?

I haven't seen ANYONE in CT for the past 4 days and have had to go fly in MA for my fix...

This set up has been done to death IMO.  It's fun for about 10 minutes.  The emil seems very weak and it is just plain inaccurate that the Me-110 is the great fighter it is in AH.

I think the BoB scenario HTC ran along with several months of 109E vs Spit I (France, BoB, and MORE BoB) has burnt folks out on it.

I prefer the mid-1943 ETO set ups.  P47D-11 vs FW-190A5 is one of the best fights in the game IMO.  So is the FW-190 vs the Spit IX.

'41-'42 with the Spit V vs 109F-4 and as Crumpp said, '43 with the D-11 vs 190A-5 are really good. I dont dislike '40 BoB but two weeks is a bit much for me.

yeah 2 straight weeks of BoB is...

if you haven't noticed (and I'm sure you have) the CT has been pretty empty past few days. I mean, shessh, we have all these tender, sensitive CT-types reduced to trying their hand in the big boy's sandbox of the MA.

think of the children!!

Easiest way to get people into the CT is to sabotage the MA Server.

I always fly the MA for a few hours each week, some weeks more than others, so I wouldnt call it "trying my hand".

The BoB is tiresome for more than a week.

It better not rotate to the PTO and I have to go 2 months with no FW-190 in the CT!!

just leave fin-rus on all the time.  And rename it the fin-rus theatre.

Always the best numbers on that map because all the finn's go in there and fly round as a little hoard (not saying that it is a bad thing).

Don't forget that cool little Honduras-Salvador brawl with the latest prop fighters.

That's what turned me on to the CT in the first place. I assumed there wasn't a historical setup in AH at all until the MA went down one day. Popped in and realized what I'd been missing. Guess I'm just a sheep and hopped in the arena with the most players.

I tell yas ... if HT would just bump the CT arena to the top of the list for one night we'd get hundreds of accidental CT log-ons. Out of those we'd probably retain maybe 12. :D

I know you're not talking about me because I'll just be giving out kills and encouraging them to stay :)
