Unusual Spit V/IX/XIV, Seafires, Hurri 2Cs, Typhoon pic or profiles.
Eg with noseart, stripes, personal markings etc.
Not even sure this would qualify
303 Sqn

They are looking for 'unusual' stuff, not just different sqn codes.

First one that came to mind Kev, was this 73 Squadron Spit IX that carried the blue and yellow squadron marking on the fuselage.
Otherwise you are talking postwar stuff that changed markings for the most part.
There are the occasional Silver Spits seen during the war, as well as the pale pink Spit IXs with invasion stripes. but overall the RAF were not that big into nose art or colorful markings.

And I kind of thought this USAAF Spit IX with the red outlined star and bar was kind of nice. It's a IX instead of the usual VIIIs in that camo

And you could do the well known OTU "Bounce " aircraft of Ginger Lacey, that still exists in England and is being restored to flight AR213

Pink Spit with DDay stripes and it wasn't a PRU one?
I'm intrigued, would be a good excuse for a "Barbiefire" but for real.
Any more info?
As for the outlined red star check here

Had started it a while ago and was debating on finishing because of the two probs in the posting.
The 73 Sqn, whats up with fuse roundel on it, any idea?
-
I think it's the type of film used on the 73 Squadron Spit that gives the roundel that look. Other non profile shots show it being the standard roundel with the dark blue and yellow 73 squadron markings behind it.
As for the Pink Spits. They were FRIXs that retained full armament with 16 Squadron in the late summer/fall of 44.
There are photos to back up this profile including one color one showing faded pink so it's for real.

Will def need a pic I can submit with it.
A pink spit, PRU I guess judging by camera window but with full armament would be something I would def need a pic to go with it.

Quick test.

Gonna have to play with layer opacity, apparently they were used for low level recce on DDay!!! Pic would help in doing the dirt/weathering.
Will also need the ac reg number which is on top of the tail.

MK915 is the serial number on the tail of "V".
Here are images to go with it. First is a color shot of the pink IXs.

Second shows V with the port for the camera behind the canopy. Bottom one shows another aircraft X in the same scheme.
