Title: arena settings don't change

I tried host ing a game and when I went to arena settings and tried to change any thing, I mean anything, nothing happened.  Anything I tried killshooter and it would not turn off nor would anything else at all please tell me what is going on.  I am familiar with changing the arena settings and I want to know what is going on.
