Yes, thats a possioble analogy. The young kid from the hood who gets a sudden windfall from a sports contract or a music career but then ends up with the same old crowd and gets into trouble.

Not only does money not buy class, but class is not a function of having money.

I knew a lottery winner- they lived in a duplex and bought a 34 ft motorhome. All their neighbors graffitied their RV.

" and he was carrying $117,000 in cash...
Whittaker was released after he was arraigned and posted $1,700 bail."

Why? WHY?
The logic escapes me. Now why didnt the Judge give him... 117,000 bail? It wasnt as if he wouldnt miss it.

If he was a poor ol fool his bail would have been $20K easy.

The amount of bail is based upon the crime, not how much money you have in your pocket.

Remember guys, you can't win the lottery if you don't play the lottery.

C'mon guys, he was from W. Virginia. It was not a case of "if" this would happen, it was a case of "when" this would happen.
