in case you didn't saw it...here you can find some info. i'm not sure what you schould do when you'll have your noseart. i'm almost sure that you schould send it to HTC.

Saladorm....once you have your noseart completed (properly sized, saved as .bmp, etc)....simply copy it into the "squads" folder in Aces High program directory.
Once in Aces High (online) goto the squads button on the clipboard and click "upload noseart". It will upload your squad noseart to the Aces server. It may take a day or two for others to see your noseart, but once it is 'approved' they will see it. I do not know the amount of time this approval process takes, nor do I know exactly what "is" or "is not" acceptable in the way of noseart type pictures. You can look in your current "squads" folder in Aces High program directory to get some ideas.
Remember to save your finished file as your cpid.bmp. For example if your cpid in Aces High is Saladorm, your file for noseart should be saved as: Saladorm.bmp
Hope this helps.

no problem Bike Killa....I haven't yet figured out how to get the transparent background that is described in the thread you described in your first post. Not even sure any longer of the "noseart process" of approval...just know thats how our squad (and others) have accomplished it.

The background colour (176,176,176) is easiest acquired by opening any of the current squad art in your squad folder that currently contains the transparent colour, and use it.

Thanks Skurj....found one....I used BASH's for the 176,176,176 background. Thanks again.
