i konw there were suicide bombing missions on carriers by the japonese so i was that we can crash into stuff and vehicles and they'll take damage or be distroyed, know i know that everyone would be doing this in lancs and stuff but if we could somehow make it so if they dive like that that ack would get them like something in real life would happen?

How bout only japanese planes cause damage. And only ones that were used as actual kamikazis. However, you lose 43000 perks everytime you do it.
-
Both the German and Russian airforces had their own version of Kamikaze attacks; and reading enough about Ploesti and you'll see that American pilots had Kamikazee-like commitment to the mission.
And it doesn't belong in the MA.
-
you could make one plane do as much damage as say a 100 or 250KG bomb, a little but not very much.
-
Kamikaze option for Jap fighters? They're loaded with a bomb and only the 2 BB shooters and can ram for damage?
-
Why don't some of you guys do a google search on how President Kennedy's elder brother died.... Might give you some whole new ideas.
-
How about including special version of the zero as kamikaze planes and making em limited in number! Could be a blast tring to defend that. Also how about a carrier based map. Having large fleets of more than one CV.

I know how it happened seeker.
Early RC & explosives = not such a good mix.
Least they tried to save the pilots life.
The Japanese culture was so different from ours, I doubt anyone not raised in it could truly understand.

I'm not so sure it was that different; in this respect.
The Luftwaffe had the "Leonidas" squadron; which was overwhelmed with volunteers to fly piloted Fi 103 (V1 bombs) to a certain end. The Yanks had Ploesti; where at least two B24 crews choose to push a burning plane all the way to target rather than bail; and any Brit who earned a VC was; by defination; suicidaly couragous.
Where Japan was radicaly different was in coming to terms with this; and giving it official sanction. I seem to remember Sakai expressing disgust with westerners disgust. His theme was that to send up poorly trained boys in badly maintained and underclassed planes was suicide/murder anyway; so their deaths may as well have some effect and not just spilt in vain.
Which is colder? Sakai's attitude; or The British WWI sentiment that parachutes would encourage pilots to jump out of perfectly good (albeit burning) planes?
When Montgomery said "we will win here; or die here"; was that Zen or just good old British bloody mindedness? :)
-
Sakai also pointed out that none of them were glad to do it. The whole "Happy to die for the Emperor" crap was BS propaganda. The young men in question wanted very much to live. I also recall a kamikaze pilot who survived saying the same thing.
There are some cultural differences, no doubt, but the Japanese are people too and like us they want to live.

Why?

karnak is right all the videos about kamikaze pilots were propaganda, the truth was they didn't have celebrations and what not beforehand, they just took off with maybe a little Sake to start their journey, but i'm still not into the whole kamikaze thing.

No pilot would dear to fly hammered Im sure
