Is there a complete list of game commands available somewhere. There seems to be some missing from the help pages here.

You can always make your own.  Open the clipboard, click on SETUP, then KEY MAPPING.  You'll then see all the commands and the keys you have assigned to them, neatly separated by type of command:  flight, global, gunner, etc.
