I bought a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB on Labor Day. Worked great for awhile, then started artifacting.
I rma'd it to ATI. I figured they would send me back a refurbished one.
10 days later I get a brand new one, and it's a 256MB !
Thanks for the great customer service ATI, I will be a repeat customer.

RMA'ing is always a pain in the ass.
I always spend the extra cash and get the insurance from whatever store i buy it from. (If it's not online)
That way, if it dies, i can just take it back, and grab a new one.
I just recently purchased the Radeon 9800 pro as well.
