I would like to find out a way to use my mouse for gunning in gunner positions in the bombers and vehicles. Is there a way without messing up my j-stick settings? Also when I look at the mouse settings the Y and X axis does not move only the wheel button moves the Z axis? Is there a way to set it up?
Thanks

Thats because X and Y are mapped to your joystick. You can only have one device mapped for each axis. So in other words, no you cant use your joystick to fly and your mouse for the guns. Unless you go to the axis map and map the X and Y to your mouse, but then you cant use the joystick.

Thank you but even if I wanted to do that the X and Y axis for the mouse does not work ? Any reason why? only the wheel on mouse moves the Z axis.

You mean if you click on the X Axis in the setup, and then choose the mouse and click the Set Axis button, it refuses to map to the mouse?
If you absolutely cant get it to stop choosing the joystick for some strange reason, then just unplug the joystick. Of course you'd have to restart the game each time you did that ( I think ), and then restart everything again when you want to use the joystick again. And of course that means recalibrating every time as well............
For all the trouble you are going to go through to use the mouse for gunning a buff, surely it would be less of a headache just to buy a stick you like better? What is your specific complaint with using the stick when you are gunning?
