Title: How do I mail merge?

I have a list of about 100 family names that I need to put down on some labels for holiday cards. I know there is an easy way to have them placed on all the labels for me but I don't know how.

Any help would be appreciated.

how are they listed in the first place? outlook, plain text file or what?

Sorry they're listed in an excel spread sheet, designated

name, address, city, state, country, zip and phone

in MS word do file / new  in the pop up there should be a mail merge tab, there should be a wizard to walk you through it too....

thats for word 2000 and XP that i know of for sure



Ps. in the spreadsheet, you need to have each of those items of data in a seperate column with only a single line header with the "name, address.." so on


edit again, what lables will you be printing on? if they are avery brand you can download templates for all their lables online.

Ok.. was gonna suggest you take a look at the software that comes with some printers but your choise is your own business.
