Title: Having Connection Problems?

I am asking any of you who are having chronic connection issues to run Ping Plotter (http://www.pingplotter.com) or traceroutes to 216.91.187.39 and post that information in the following thread: http://www.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=136053

Please put a brief statement in the post as to when the problems you are having started.

We are looking for specific instances of the hops going through Chicago.  The more information we can get, the faster we can get to the bottom of this.

Specific to the changing IPs , the loopback IP or both?
My loopback was noticed back in July or August initially, think I have a plot from it also. My IPs were not cycling back then.
