Title: #3 gun on gv tanks.

Why does the top #3 gun on the panzer and tiger not got all 360 degrees ? Is the missing open hatch lid the reason ?

It is miss modeled. The ring that it is mounted on doesnt go all the way around. The spot where the hatch opens stops it doing so, but the flexibility of the pintle lets you cover that missing area. It cant traverse a complete circle. But there are no blind spots in its coverage.
