It's a leak in central heating pipes from the upper neighbours. :)

UMM!  If those breasts break will it not cause a big mess on what appears to be nice furnishings?


I think they need to be lanced with a large pump nearby, what the heck is that ceiling made of? it must be super strong stuff IMHO.
