I can't get the view keys to work when in the main arena?
I'm newish to the game - but they seem to be mapped okay, as they work in training and offline.  I don't change anything inbetween.

(by that I mean, the chase, external etc)

External views in in the Main Arena are only available when in a Bomber. No external views are enabled for Fighters or Vehicles.
