according to the article I read the ISS has enough food to last 14 days beyond the SCHEDULED ressupply date.  It would not be an Emergancy evacuation bu an early end to a mission.  Blame the space shuttle on this one, the rest of the world contributers don't have the capacity to keep up with regular missions to the ISS.
