as reply if you see the images on the left of the screen... they are images with links, and a buddy is getting red X's ONLY on this page, but all the others on the site work
im flabbergasted trying to figure this out LOL

In Firefox, there is Nothing, no X nothing, but if you mouseover the space you get a link
In IE, I get the placeholders and x.
Make sure you have the actual graphics in the folder you uploaded for your website, and not pointing to just the folder on your harddrive.

I have firefox/sp2 and I get images and links.

My kid loaded SP2 on his fiances computer and now the thing won't run half the programs it had.
Anyone know the "easy fix"? Can you uninstall SP2?
(Of course they brought it over to me like just because I'm a flight sim guy I know what to do!)

While I've never tried it you should be able to remove sp2 from the add/remove programs list in the control panel. I'm curious about what's no longer running. Maybe you just need to turn off the firewall?

Haven't really got into to it. I think I'll wait until they have a free evening and they can come over and tell me what they think is wrong before I just start really goofing up the machine. ;)

Real easy to turn off the firewall Toad. Start->My Network Places->View Network Connections->Change Firewall Settings->Click Off
However, if they have broadband and no other firewall, I wouldn't turn it off. Tell 'em to get a $50 firewall/gateway.
