Darn you all turned the fog back up .
This really hurts my eyes Bad !!!
It makes the game pritty much unplayeable for me after a few hours ...
Please oh please tone it back down some !!! Or give me a setting to be able to adjust it ..
-
Sadly it isnt or doesnt look like "Fog" at all.
Looks like LA. Smog.
-
Haven't tryed it, but try turning the ingame gamma down. Might negate it a bit.
-
no, leave it as it is, its great!

I donno... I like it, I like night too... and other weather effects like wind...
-
Fog is too thick... I didnt like it at all at first but now I sorta like it... Just too thick and cheesy right now
-
I also think it is too opaque; as it is now (12/20), it looks like smog. Don't think anyone wants it removed completely, but it should be toned down about 50%.
BTW, having it this thick makes radar more important, and therefore may induce people to stay in their radar more, which is probably undesirable.

Think HT said in other thread said viz range in the mist in 10 miles.
I like it, leave it as it is.

This sounds like more of a gameplay issue than a bug. Are there any computer performance issues or program anomolies since the implementation of haze?

the color seems a bit off though... it seems too grey or drury, yet there are clear skies and the sun is bright. But there is no contrast on the ground to bring our the brightness of the sun.
maybe if the haze was more white than grey?

Love it!more weather & wind & night.:)

a few of us noticed in the Koth-TOC when BigMax adjusted the fog from 10/15 miles to no fog our framerate dropped by nearly 20 fps.........both sitting in tower and sitting on runway..........
I read where people said the fog had no affect on fps, but in my view it has helped me alot........btw we got to fly a KOTH round at night time ( midnight) been along time this was a blast! bring back night, only if at an accelerated rate ( like only 5 or 10 minutes of night ):)

found a "color" example of haze that might look more "appropriate/realistic" than the drury grey....
