This is one of those cases of instant violent ulcers.  Within a half a second, the pilot grew an ulcer, the ulcer quadrupled in size and digested his stomach.

There were no birds.... never was no birds. All lies I tell you.  I was there just 10 minutes ago and saw no birds...and if there was birds, they were sent there by Boosh...
