I am new to the game and I have messed up the setup. I need to know how to reset the default settings.
-
Hmmm. ALL of them or just some? Check your settings directory... there are a lot of things in there. Which things do you want to fix?
-
View defaults (head position) can be reset with the "Home" key.
Hold down the key for the view you want, hit home, then readjust & resave your head pos.
If the problem is deeper than that email lephturn or me.

In the AH directory there are various config files. stick.cfg video.cfg, etc etc. Pick the one that matches waht you need to have reset to default.

What happened was I had a different stick and I though I could maybe better its performance so I messed with the slides in stick set up and now I don't know how to get them back to their defaults. I now have a sfs throttle and controller and want these settings at their default position. Hey while you are solving that problem maybe someone knows how to get the rudder control on the left throttle to work, sure would be nice if someone could tell me. Thanks guys and gals see ya in the air, maybe. lol

go to your Ah settings folder find the one that says stick.cfg then right click onit and delete it then when you come back in game the default settings for the sliders will be there.
P.S i do it all the time cause this MS PRECISION PRO stick sucks. :(
