It's also funny to use a thick access router with thousands of modems not to pick up customers but call around your own office in carefully crafted patterns instead or have all phones go off at the same time..

Or annoy some isp's when you use such a thing as "dial backup" and complain you can't get a free line anymore when you're already "online" with multiple T1s...
