Title: damage to targets

I was told to look on this page for info about what bomb damage does to targets as far as productivity. Unfortunately those threads are gone it seems. So I'll ask again. Lets say I drop 6 1000 lbs. bombs on a refinery scoring 6 hits. How does this affect the production to the refinery. I'd like to know this for each target so I can determine the target value. I've heard some targets must be hit before others also. Sorry to be asking about old news but I'm new and bombing airfields gets boring  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif).
