It's just a remake of original BoB by roman.... it still have a long way to pass IL2.

Rowans BoB was way ahead of its time but faced some technical troubles. I really hope Shockwaves remake is gonna catch the old feeling combined with new technology and cleaning out the old bugs!

I really liked the strat part of Rowan's BoB; but the programing was just awful.

I only played a demo of the original BOB, which didn't impress me much.
From the BOB2 screenshots, you can see that the airplane models are mroe detaliled than those in IL2. Wheels look round, so do cowlings and the cockpit canopies.
