...Party....for Sandman, SaburoS, and MT...to be held tomorrow.
It'll be a potluck, come as you are sort of thing.
Please label your dishes so that the thank you cards can be sent to the right people.
To be held at 210 Park Blvd, Suite 100, Grapevine, Tx.
Skuzzy's buyin' the drinks.
-
Did they take a break cause they lost the bet?
-
Nilsen, they had to leave because they were bad people.
-
bets on first to post 12:01 AM?
i say MT
-
I say Skuzzy!
:aok
-
you missed the big confession where they all wrote that they were sorry for the harm they had done in pushing socialism on this board and put themselves in self exile?
lazs
-
Welcome back.... when you are "allowed" :)
Hmm.... just over 2 hours til newyears here.
-
socialism? watermelon I thought they said Alcholisim...
exile?....try ReHab....
*scrolling back*
:D

ghey

uber~Ghey

If they only followed my sterling example of quiet diplomacy, style, understanding and tact, they would be worshipped and revered as a member of this board, like me. muhahahahahah :rofl
I guess they I will just have to work with them when they get back :aok

Nah...I don't think MT will be the first to post. My money goes on SaburoS.
-
My guess?
They're gonna wait for one of the other of them to post first.
Very likely, we won't see a post by any of them for the whole year of 2005. Until somebody gives....
-
Aw Nash...you don't really think they are that stubborn...do ya?
-
Well.... okay no.
Erhm... actually... it might have been all totally cool. But now there is all this pressure. Like, "am I a putz if I post right away, as if to say I couldn't WAIT to get back and post on some retarded BBS"?
As if to say "WHEW BOY! Thank GOD - I am HOME!"
I dunno... it would be a tough one. Interesting to contemplate. Interesting to see what happens.
Whatever it is, I sure hope it's good. I mean, if I came back.... I'd try to work on it it a little beforehand. Make a splash or something.
Oh no... did I just add more presure?
-
Will the first post be a whine, a troll, or some form of political pontification?
Retiring minds want to know.
-
Lets not wreck it, just in case... :)
-
They were gone?
-
If it were me, I'd just post a "happy new year" message and get it out of the way.
-
Ah damn... yer prolly right.
What the eff happened to a little creativity around here anyways?
-
That's your job mister!
-
Nah... I vote that this BBS turns over a whole new leaf in 2005.
Aint we had enough of the garbage?
Lets break out the crayons. So much more fun.
-
Nah, Nuke...Nash and I are trying to get in touch with our sensitive sides to reduce the bad vibes and tensions and bring an end to the unproductive political wrangling and name calling that has become all to pervasive on these bulletin boards. We are attempting to lead our less cultured board members down a new path of understanding and empathy for diverse opinions and lifestyles.
So STHU will ya!! :D

lol
Never had a problem with Nash. He's funny and I like him.
-
Yeah! Damn STRAIGHT!
Smile, you #$#%$%!
:D
-
:D
-
I was going to post something controversial and get a good discussion thread going but I decided against it especially since you handsomehunkes refuse to listen to reason.
-
Seriously tho...
I want to see all these posts about how great Canada is stop.
I don't want to ever see a post about the UN.
Guns, abortion? Constantly under attack... nothing much new, ever, in this field.
This is my dream BBS.
-
As long as the UN is a POS, I reserve the right to point out how useless it is.
-
U.N HAS fallen far short of its initial promise.
Sad.
-
But like...
Ok, here's how I'd do it Nuke. Just a suggestion...
I'd make a post called "All the bad things I'd like to say about the UN that have never been said before."
Now, if you could come up with things that haven't been said before, well, kudos to you... and then post them.
And get it over with.
Ya know?
-
That would be okay Nash, if the UN was a thing of the past and was not evolving. As it is, the UN is constantly devolving and is worthy of my attention.
-
One hour and forty minutes left until 2005.
Wonder what the new year will see?

I hope 2005 stuffs 2004 into a blender and sets it on dice, chop, whip, mix, blend, and puree.
Then feeds it to the dog.
heh....
-
Yeah...I know what you mean Nash.
"Man was born to trouble, as the sparks fly upward."
-
Wonder what the new year will see?
As a year is a temporal construct consisting of the time period of one of earth’s circum solar orbit and not a sentient being capable of collecting and deciphering information transmitted via the visual wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum, the year is incapable of seeing and therefore will see nothing.
Also not being seen is the planetoid on a collision course that will strike the northern pacific basin on March 2 at 12:32 GMT.
-
Sigh...Holden, the use of "see" was mere prosaic hyperbole.
And that's "prosaic" and not "prozac."
Sakes!
-
We should have a thread of nothing but prosaic hyperbole.
-
It's so good to share the bbs with people capable of taking and dishing out intelligent, and funny, put-downs. Unlike the pre-pubescent twerps on channel 200 in the MA.
-
nash... anyone ever tell you that you overthink things?
lazs
-
Hhm... not off hand...
I'm going to have to think about that.
Badum bang!
(thank you, you're beautiful, don't forget to tip the waitress)
-
I have no recollection of the last 2 hours of 2004, but I hear it was awesome.
