Title: GV tower out bug?

Had an enmy tank land it's kills near V10. V10 & A9 were Bish, &
both VHs were down. No Bish at V10.
I don't know if that's a bug or not. It was first time I've seen that.

I think that if you're undamaged and there are no enemy within 6k you can land GV's at most places.

I've landed at an enemy base and town before.
