If you got MOH:AA
My "Unit" is looking for recruits.
Were a tactical unit and stress realism and teamwork, we use teamspeak as well.. And have the history behind the unit we portray.

the term guild cracks me up just as much. a friend of mine, who's an evercrap widow, calls them cults.

Shoulda joined Mini.
You'd probably get to wear a "ded secksie" wee kilt in a beautiful tartan to the meetings. Ya might even get lucky. ;)
-
It would have never worked out toad. I tried to join a clan once, but I spelled "leet" with all letters and they kicked me out. I can never go back after that kind of rejection.
BTW... I do have a kilt. And I do look ded sexsy in it.
-
Too much info!
-
Telling people you've worn a kilt is not too much info. Telling them what you were wearing under it is.

that's an appropriate term I term I think. But to call a group of "soldier types" that play FPS games a Clan/guild is pretty dumb. I think a better term would be batalion or Division.
you still into eve?
-
Im still playing CoD. No CoD:AA yet. My processor is 200 MHz short of being able to run it at low end. So saving pennies for new PC first.
Thankyou both Hawklore and Langford. But since i cant run CoD:AA I'll have to hold off. Yall can email me if you want at BlueJ17@adelphial.net
And I got AIM

Yeah... we're still there. My dirty little secret is that Falcon 4 has been pulling me away from it. :)

Last time I checked, a "unit" was reference to a "military unit" not a group of computer game players.
in other words, just because your clan cuts and pastes some historical info onto it's website does not make it a "unit"...
It could also refer to a male genital...
now this usage is kinda fitting seeings that ole whinelore is quite the TOOL
:D

Well were militaristic when it comes to the point that it's pretty much one shot kill, and don't you dare jump from the 2nd or 3rd story of a building.. Oh yeah and running isn't lightning fast either..
