Title: Limited lifespan for chutes

Please make chutes only live for a few minutes once they hit the ground. A certain country was using chutes as ground spotters, hiding them under the titanium trees and stuff so they couldn't be shot. There's no justifiable reason for chutes to stay active more than 60 seconds after touch-down.

Why bother?  If someone really wants to spy on your airbase, they'll switch to your country.
