Gawd, I hope not. There are 200 million people in this country. One would hope that the GOP can find a candidate without having to amend the Constitution.

Yep. It'll be Jeb Bush for 2008. Just a hunch those images of Jeb Bush for the Tsunami relief effort will be used for his election campaign.
